  You should probably have at least one person in the store who can speak English.. I couldn't even place an order because I had a question and they couldnt understand what I was saying.

  Bad customer service. We had over $20 worth of coffees and doughnuts. We just wanted couple of cups so that the kids can share. They charged extra. Never was charged for cups.

  Never ever leave the drive thru window without checking your order. Been burned 3 times and by that I mean having a plain unsweetened coffee instead of the caramel macchiato I ordered. 3 TIMES! Then the inconvenience of turning around and the language barrier, blank stare and aggravation make for a bad start to my mornings. Skip this one if you know of another one on your way or go inside, but again, do a quick taste test, the person that just walked out the door may have your order.
